When my husband went on medicare we were not aware of what it entailed. Ed Henrich explained everything in detail by showing us all the different plans and matching the correct plan for his needs. He reaches out to you several times a year to enquire how things are going. He will call or text you back promptly with any questions you may have. He may determine that changes need to be as plans can change and he will tell you the reason why. He is also very thankful to have you as his client! When I went on medicare Ed found me a great plan. My experience with ED and has last several years now. How I got a hold of Ed, I really do not re-call. But on the initial phone he turned every page to get my the correct policies, which all the Dr.s have approve. One Dr (which I have know for years) advised my at one of the Phew (thank goodness) mentioned to me that he was most impressed with the various Dr.s I see occasionally. My original Dr that I used for a bit over 40 years had to retire. So 5* plus 10 for ED
